All of you people who believed you would be able to follow the path of every penny of the Economic Stimulus Package were fooled again. When will you get to the "fool me twice, shame on me." thing?
The website doesn't work yet and probably won't be up and running fully until October. And when it is up and running it will say something like: X dollars transferred to the State of Pennsylvania and then X minus Y dollars transferred to the municipality of Pittsburgh. That's all there is and there ain't no more. And that's what the guys you voted for call "transparency".
Shame on you who voted for this.

Would that be the trickle down economics that you are writing about? Or maybe the 3 great recessions that occurred after the Great Republican Depression? ('73-'88-'07) ...No that can't be it, that's three. You would never have been fooled three times. ....wait, wait ...I got it It is privatization isn't it. Yeah every time we try to do the public's work with some corporation it turns to poop. Not only does it not shrink Government but it costs us more. (look it up) ...Then again it was only tried by Republicants...maybe if somebody with some brains attempted it it might work. Naaah.....Anyone with some brains knows not to change something that is working....You change the things that are not working first.
There is nothing more useless than tired old arguments about which economic policies worked and which didn't. More disinformation exists on this subject than perhaps on any other. I won't participate in the argument anymore because there are very few facts anymore. I just know that my family was far better off when Reagan cleaned up things after Carter and Bush cleaned up things after Clinton.
My post merely concerned the lie, that was obvious when it was stated, that the people could trust the government on this stimulus deal because it would be able to "follow every penny".
